I’m Chris Segerius, admin. (this site is still under construction)

I have started this blog to make communication between the various members of the Segerius clan easier.

From now on all you have to do is to log in at http://segerius.wordpress.com/ and drop a message.

About who’s born, who has graduated, who’s married.  But also who has moved to where and who’s ill, who has died. Or whatever you may wish to talk about and whatever question  you want to put forward.

But there is another reason. Sooner or later everybody wants to know about his or hers  ancestors. With the help of this blog I will try to built an archive about our common ancestors. 

I very much hope we can turn this blog into OUR blog. That is, that others also start contributing. If you got stories to tell about Segerius, please do. Only to write a log, you must be registered as a contributor. Easy enough. 

Send an email to segerius(trash)@alice.nl  Remove trash from the address before sending. You then will get an invitation from me.

Being a contributor doesn’t mean you have to write on regular basis. It only enables you to write. The max number of contributors is 35. 

If you don’t want to be a contributor, that’s cool too. You still can drop a message or ask a question. We are pretty flexible at The Segerius Blog.

Take some time to figure out how everything works. There are a few other pages you may wish to read.

Under blogroll you’ll find websites or blogs that are made or owned by a Segerius. Add your own, or mail a link.
